A full precision inspection and cleaning of your system — electrical connections, refrigerant levels, drain lines, blower, safety controls, and a fresh 1" filter. We do it twice a year: once before cooling season and once before heating season, so problems get caught while they're still cheap.
We install a Hester-branded Nuve smart thermostat during your first tune-up visit — no separate appointment, no install charge. It reports system health back to us continuously, so if something starts to fail we often know before you do and can reach out to schedule the fix.
Basic has no term commitment — cancel anytime. Premium has a 12-month minimum term because of the included thermostat. If you cancel before 12 months, the remaining prorated balance of the thermostat becomes due.
Every year you're a member, credit accrues toward a future system replacement — $100/yr on Basic (up to $800) and $150/yr on Premium (up to $1,000). It applies automatically when you're ready to replace your system.
You'll pay for the repair itself, but never a diagnostic or service call fee on a covered visit — and you get 15% off parts and labor on Basic, 20% on Premium.
Each additional system is +$12/mo on Basic or +$15/mo on Premium, and gets the same two tune-ups a year and full coverage.
